  • What makes T Minerals special and why should I buy from you?
    Selecting the right type of makeup for our sensitive, irritable and reactive skin doesn't have to be complicated. T Minerals takes away the stress of purchasing makeup which could lead to potential flare-ups by using only a few key ingredients to reduce this risk. Whether you choose to wear makeup for confidence, to perfect imperfections or simply because you love makeup, T Minerals with its natural ingredients are beneficial for your skin.
  • Are your cosmetics suitable for individuals with sensitive and problematic skin?
    Our range of pure minerals cosmetics are both anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial making them wonderful for sensitive skin! Ingredients such as Zinc Oxide, Allantoin anf Titanium Dioxide help to soothe sensitive skin whilst providing aprotective layer from external irritates like pollution.
  • Is T Minerals cosmetics all natural?
    Yes! Our foundations, blushers, bronzers and Revitalising Facial Oil are all made from a few 100% natural ingredients.
  • Are all your products Vegan?
    Yes! All our cosmetics are vegan. Here are the reasons why it was so important for us to be a vegan brand; Animals go through feelings and emotions just like humans. We are aware of the challenges and complexities that may arise when it comes to eliminating all meats in our diet or using animals for medicinal research and testing. While food and medicines are essential, at T Minerals we believe exploitation of and cruelty to animals should NEVER extend to the use of cosmetics. For these reasons, our whole range of natural cosmetics is vegan. No animal products included.
  • Are all your products Cruelty-Free?
    Yes! All our products our Cruelty-Free. Here are the reasons why it was so important for us to be a vegan brand; Animals go through feelings and emotions just like humans. They too experience sadness, pain and distress. Animals are unable to have a say, they should not have to suffer for our use and enjoyment of cosmetics. We will NEVER test on animals and our whole range of cosmetics is cruelty-free. Our test subjects are just willing family and friends!
  • What's your shipping policy? Do you ship Internationally?
    Free UK delivery within 2 - 3 working days (Monday to Friday). Your parcel will be delieverd via second class post. Items sent internationally will take from 7 to 10 working days from the date of shipping, and a tracking link will be provided. Please be advised that you will need to pay for international shipping as well as any customs or duty on the parcel arriving in your country. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. T Minerals Ltd recommends each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
  • What's your Return & Exchange Policy?
    If any of our pure mineral products (foundations, bronzers or blushers) which you recently purchased, does not match your skin tone we will offer a free exchange. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your item via email customerservice@tminerals.co.uk and return your item(s) to T Minerals Ltd. In regards to Distance Selling Regulations, you will be eligible for a refund if you inform us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) that you would like to return these items. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back after notifiying us. You will receive your refund within 14 days of receipt of the product(s) (although normally processed within 5 working days of the receipt). In all cases, the goods returned must be in their original condition and unused, which includes any packaging. We will inspect goods on return. ​ The goods are your responsibility until they reached T Minerals Ltd. Please ensure you package your return carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. T Minerals Ltd is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you of the value of the goods you are returning.   • What happens if I've had an allergy or reaction to your products?
    We have tried our utmost to reduce the risk of skin irritations as much as possible, by using only a few carefully selected natural ingredients. However, in a rare and unfortunate case where within 4 weeks of purchasing our products, you experience skin discomfort or skin irritation we'll offer you a full refund! Please email us at customerservice@tminerals.co.uk (attach a photo of yourself showing your skin irritation as proof) and we will be happy to assist you with further information regarding issuing a refund.
