If any of our pure mineral products (foundations, bronzers or blushers) which you recently purchased, does not match your skin tone we will offer a free exchange. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your item via email at customerservice@tminerals.co.uk and return your item(s) to T Minerals Ltd.

We have tried our utmost to reduce the risk of skin irritations as much as possible, by using only a few carefully selected natural ingredients. However, in a rare and unfortunate case where within 4 weeks of purchasing our products, you experience skin discomfort or skin irritation we'll offer you a full refund! Please email us at customerservice@tminerals.co.uk (attach a photo of yourself showing your skin irritation as proof) and we will be happy to assist you with further information regarding issuing a refund.

In regards to Distance Selling Regulations, you will be eligible for a refund if you inform us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) that you would like to return these items. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back after notifying us. You will receive your refund within 14 days of receipt of the product(s) (although normally processed within 5 working days of the receipt). In all cases, the goods returned must be in their original condition and unused, which includes any packaging. We will inspect goods on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reached T Minerals Ltd. Please ensure you package your return carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. T Minerals Ltd is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you of the value of the goods you are returning. • Tap out a little bit of concealer onto the silver cap of jar
• Use a small fluffy brush or T Minerals Portable Retractable Brush to swirl concealer on to brush, coating all the brush bristles
• Then tap away any excess powder.
• Now in circular motions, buff the mineral concealer powder onto your skin, focusing on any areas of concerns or dark circles
• Repeat all of the above steps until you’ve achieved the coverage you want, from sheer to full. Enjoy the wonderful coverage from your new natural pure mineral concealer.

• Apply under, over or mix our concealers and foundations together for heavier coverage
