We always want to be transparents about our ingredienst.  Our amazing 3-in-1 Revitalising Facial Oil does contain;

1% essential oils (only 0.5% Lavender Augustifolia and only 0.5% Boswellia Serrata  (Frankinsense) essental oils).

Therefore, we recommend doing a 24 hour patch test by applying a small amount of product onto your jawline or upper arm. If there is no skin reaction after 24 hours you can continue to use the Revitalising Facial Oil.

If you find the oil a little bit strong, we recommend you use over your regular moisturiser for even more hydration and longivity of the freshness of your makeup.

If you're using the oil as a primer, you can either;

• Apply 2-3 pumps into the palms of your hands, rub your palms together to warm the oil and apply directly onto cleansed skin. Then apply your moisturiser on top
• Apply 2-3 pumps into the palms of your hands, rub your palms together to warm the oil and apply on top of your moisturiser
• Mix 2 -3 pumps of oil with your moisturiser and apply to the skin

You have freedom to decide how you'd like to apply the oil and choose a method that suits your skin best.  

If you're using the oil to create a liquid foundation;

• Tap out some of your pure mineral foundation onto the silver cap or your makeup palette 
• Apply 2 - 3 pumps (depending on your preference) of oil onto silver cap and mix well using a liquid foundation brush 
• Then apply as normal! With your new liquid foundation you'll achieve more coverage 

 

If any of our pure mineral products (foundations, bronzers or blushers) which you recently purchased, does not match your skin tone we will offer a free exchange. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your item via email at customerservice@tminerals.co.uk and return your item(s) to T Minerals Ltd.

We have tried our utmost to reduce the risk of skin irritations as much as possible, by using only a few carefully selected natural ingredients. However, in a rare and unfortunate case where within 4 weeks of purchasing our products, you experience skin discomfort or skin irritation we'll offer you a full refund! Please email us at customerservice@tminerals.co.uk (attach a photo of yourself showing your skin irritation as proof) and we will be happy to assist you with further information regarding issuing a refund.

In regards to Distance Selling Regulations, you will be eligible for a refund if you inform us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) that you would like to return these items. You will have another 14 days to return the goods back after notifying us. You will receive your refund within 14 days of receipt of the product(s) (although normally processed within 5 working days of the receipt). In all cases, the goods returned must be in their original condition and unused, which includes any packaging. We will inspect goods on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reached T Minerals Ltd. Please ensure you package your return carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. T Minerals Ltd is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you of the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods enclosing your name, address, order number and reason for return.
